The Mthatha Ratepayers & Residents Association (MRRA) was formed by concerned residents, ratepayers and property owners who wanted to give the community a calm, organised and professional voice in matters of local governance and service delivery.
From neighbourhood conversations to formal stakeholder engagements, MRRA was established to ensure that the voice of ordinary residents is consistently heard — not through politics, but through constructive participation in the systems that affect daily life.
